Ever cringed at the thought of being seen in the same outfit more than once? (I know I have). From Facebook tags, to Instagram OOTD posts... from making sure you're not wearing the same outfit amongst the same set of people. We've all been there. With fast fashion on the rise, online stores like Miss Pap, Miss Guided,  Boohoo and ASOS - make it easier than ever and oh so tempting to purchase something new for every event. The "I don't have anything to wear, I've worn that dress already" is all so common amongst us ladies.

With fast fashion being so cheap, its so easy to get your hands on a £30 outfit which really feels like nothing to your bank balance. But then you end up with a wardrobe full of clothes that you've only really worn once or at most twice - despite not having "anything to wear".

But who cares? Really. If you love it, wear it again and again to your hearts content. I mean as women, why do we put pressure on ourselves and others not to wear the same thing again? You never hear men stressing about whether they've worn a shirt too much. Preventing yourself from buying something new for every event allows you to get more creative. That LBD you wore with the red stiletto's last time? Wear that LBD with a waist belt, a duster coat and some gold sandal heels next time. Be creative. Don't just buy for buying sake.

As a fashion lover, it really is hard for me to resist the urge to buy something new all the time. But as I'm getting older and my priorities change, I'm embracing being more creative with my outfits, trying different looks with the clothes I already have. There have been many times where I have put a totally new look together with the clothes I already have and totally surprised myself.

Even the likes of celebrities who have all the funds in the world quite happily wear the same thing again and again. Kim Kardashian, Kate Middleton and even Rihanna have been spotted rocking the same looks on more than one occasion.

So, ladies... Wear whatever the hell you like, be who you want to be and carry yourself with ULTIMATE confidence.
